House Rules
1. No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Smoking is permitted on the outdoor patio and terrace only. Please use the ashtrays provided.
2. Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of our neighbors.
3. Maximum Occupancy: The house accommodates up to 6 guests. No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed.
4. Pets: Small pets are allowed with a one-time fee, but property owner must be notified at time of booking.
5. Trash Disposal: Please collect trash and dispose of it the designated trash collector outside.
6. Electricity: Punta Cana properties have a pre-paid utility system. Please make sure you turn off all air conditioners and lights every time you leave the apartment for the best consumption.
7. Water Heater: Water heater is in the kitchen, next to the sink, and will be turned off when you access the apartment. Please make sure you turn it on 10-15 minutes before you take a shower, and you turn it off after for best electricity consumption.
