"Scuba Lodge was everything because of the staff! From the time I checked in, to the first welcome drink and throughout the week, the staff were the BEST! "Very cute boutique hotel in a great area. Many fantastic restaurants and bars within an easy 10 minute walk in the Pietermaai neighborhood. Downtown and the floating bridge was also a 10 minute walk. On street parking was no issue as we always found parking nearby and easy driving access to the rest of the island. Staff were very helpful. We had a great time - thanks!"

"I'm American and got my own room. The place was fairly empty (in early December), so not too much interaction with others (for better or worse). The building is old but everything is clean and in great working order. Great water pressure in showers, really clean bathrooms and kitchen, AC worked great (you'll need it), and parking was easy.
