"This property was amazing and the host, Dave, was just as amazing. You can tell they put a lot of heart and soul into this place! They had lots of pool towels, pool toys, life jackets for kids, pool noodles, volleyball net & ball, you shouldn’t need to bring anything. They have lots of towels and supplies for the house. The house is well equipped. On the top floor there are three rooms, we stayed in the king bedroom, the kids in the bunk bedrooms which they loved. There are 3 sets of bunk beds in that room, so it can sleep 6 kids, teens. The third bedroom our teen granddaughter loved, I think that was a queen bed. Two floors down is another bedroom with 3 queen or king beds in. It was amazing. The game room was great with movie night a pull out sofa bed if you need it and a door to it and plenty of room for an air mattress if you need extra space down there (That’s the lower level of the house). The game room has a pool table, poker table, 2 pin ball, foosball table and TV with pull out sofa bed couch and another recliner couch. We had an amazing time here. So much family fun. The out door with picnic tables and circle area with chairs is for wedding planning if you want to plan an amazing event there. It’s just an amazing house and an amazing host and the house is very clean with all you need. "

"Considering my goal was something better and more cost effective than a hotel for my large group, this was overall a good experience. The house needs a little TLC to fix up a few things such as better lighting, some landscape tidying, organizing seasonal items and kitchen supplies, cleaning up or replacing outdoor furniture, and not sure why but there was a full length extension ladder laying in the front yard. That being said, Elizabeth was quick and polite in her responses, and seems to genuinely care about her guests. The house is private and secluded, yet not a crazy distance from civilization! We enjoyed our stay. The hidden playroom upstairs was a hit with my 3 year old daughter!"
