"I booked on Expedia which advertised a pool.... we drove almost 2 hours from home to have a nice weekend on the river with a hotel pool for my kiddos birthday. We show up and there is no pool. The front desks said that Expedia did not take down the pool in their ad and "they have asked for it to be taken off". I feel this is very misleading and we cancelled for this reason. We received a quick refund but it was 4 hours of driving, upset kids and a big waste of gas for no reason."

Since the takeover by Best Western, I noticed that the rooms have been beautifully remodeled and were spotlessly clean. The free breakfast was a fantastic perk that really started my day off right.
