Amazing Penthouse

Great location on the beach. The views are insane we were able to see whales from the wrap around balcony every morning. Great A/C. Pools were awesome as well would definitely book this again.

Amazing view condo!

Everything was very clean and every room had a lot of clean towels. Condo view is amazing and the entire windows open to feel like you are on the sea. Tv had netflix and prime video.

¡¡¡Me cobraron 300 USD!! 1. Me cobraron 300 USD por una silla que cuando yo llegué al departamento no estaba, incluso mandé evidencia de esto y aún así me hicieron el cargo. 2. En el departamento olvidé en uno de los cajones una cadena de oro cuyo valor es MUY superior a los $300 USD que me cobraron. El personal de limpieza me comentó que cualquier cosa perdida nos la iban a reportar sin embargo nunca pudieron “encontrar” la cadena. 3. El Jacuzzi que anuncian en sus fotografías, NO está habilitado para su uso. 4. El check out es demasiado temprano y a pesar de que plantean la opción del check out, no pudimos hacer uso de esta opción porque la responsable no nos lo permitió. 5. Se nos pidió NO utilizar uno de los baños por una filtración que había en el departamento, lo cual complicó muchísimo la logística para el uso del mismo. 6. Nunca se me comentó que debía dejar limpio el lugar. Cuando acudo a este tipo de alojamientos lo último que busco es estar haciendo limpiezas puesto que estoy de vacaciones. De haber sabido que era necesaria la limpieza no hubiera reservado este alojamiento.
