"My stay at Hilton Riviera was great, I really enjoyed my stay there. The hotel is very nice and clean but what I liked the most was the service and food. All restaurants were very good, my favorite was the steak restaurant and seafood Cocomar, Italian was good also. All staff members were great: Celeste at the concierge was very patient and nice to me and other family members, pool waiters Alfredo and Jose were awesome. I also want to mention the person that works at the buffet making omelets I forgot his name but he was very nice. I would definitely stay there again. "

"We liked that it was 15-20 from city which made it a little a bit more peaceful. We could here wild life in the mornings when everything is much more quiet. Tours are very easy to access. "

Our only complaint was in the bathroom. The toilet wouldn't flush, very slowly, after multiple attempts. The shower doors kept getting stuck. Minor inconveniences. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay"
