"A super helpful staff that picks up the phone and helps out for a self check in hotel. Booked day of, had to change reservation like 3 times, and they helped me through it all. Room was super easy to get into, directions were smooth and simple, and the area was perfect. Right next to one of the most active parts of town, and a 8 minute walk from the Bio Bay tours. Be aware, there's no microwave in the room. AC worked amazing. Showers hot water lasted well, just don't blast it. "

And my family…. Kelly was super helpful and informative. Her aunt Penny arranged horseback riding for us which was awesome! Near restaurants and beaches (La Chiva was our favorite). One of our favorite things was the amazing breeze on the property especially on our balcony! Super relaxing. No frills property.y son loved all the animals he got to see as well. The breakfast was enough to get us going for the day and it was great to be able to borrow beach...
"We had a fantastic stay. Amanda, Todd and their staff were kind and wonderful and all of Amanda’s suggestions were spot on. We loved sitting on the rooftop in the evenings and watching the sunset. It was walkable to the main drag in Esperanza and provided a great base for exploring the island. We would definitely recommend. "
