"Overall the hotel is nice but not a 4 star accommodation. Needs lots of maintenance. Work was ongoing. Hopefully when finished the resort will be modern and nicer. Paid $5 per night for an extra blanket in our room for our son. Very excessive. Limited dinning options and selection for international travelers. Pool area was nice, sandbar area not so much. Courteous staff overall. Hot water was inoperative for 2 nights of our 4 night stay. If we travel to Palawan again we will try another area....

"Reasonable price for a better hotel. Nice buffet with very good food but would like it to be warmer. Very helpful staff. Chef John Kris is great. Bed was average comfort with good linen. Housekeeping replaced all sheets each day and cleaned well."

"Hotel is convenient to airport, has a lovely pool and friendly staff. The hotel description includes a restaurant and pool bar - these were closed during our stay (Feb 2025). Our room had no view and looked into a narrow corridor making our room dark. The room itself was comfortable and quiet. The staff were very friendly but the room was overpriced compared to others in the area with full service restaurants/pools."
