WiFi is not good,very slow internet connection.They charge 900 pesos for a single towel that was stained with soda. The towel only cost 200-300 pesos when you buy it in the store. They charged too much for that.

Staff is super super helpful, and friendly. The pool is a great way to spend a morning. Tricycle always ready to go. If you have a problem with the room they can switch you to another as long as it's reasonable. Robinson Mall or sm mall is 8mins and bay walk is about the same distance. Recommend going to karo restaurant for garlic mussels and rice super yummy. Anyways, would stay again.

The receptionist was not knowledgeable! The room had a lot of bugs. The breakfast was terrible. We were given cold foods and had to ask to have them microwaved. Had to walk 15 minutes to a convenient store to get water and snack. The hotel couldn’t give us water when we got in at 9pm.
