Marina Pinacate 105 A License To Chill Pool-Side

This is a wonderful 1st floor unit at the Marina Pinacate Resort 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. The Resort is close to popular and beautiful Sandy Beach. There is beachfront access, with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shopping nearby. You cannot go wrong with a stay at this beautiful resort. There is a common area with a wonderful tile courtyard and a beautiful swimming pool. The resort also has a fitness and business center.

Pinacate 105 details
The living room of this unit has been nicely furnished with two emerald green sofas. One folds out into a comfortable bed for two additional guests. In the entertainment center, you will find a flat-screen TV. There are many plants in the room that give the unit a very tropical feel. There are two sliding glass doors that take you to the patio where you will be just steps away from the sand and surf. The dining room has a lovely dinette set with seating for four people. The kitchen has light wood cabinets with complimenting emerald green tiled countertops and matching tiled backsplash. Stainless steel built-in appliances, along with small appliances like a blender and coffee maker are available. There is also a breakfast bar with 3 bar stools, as well as a purified water cooler.

Bedrooms & Patio
The master bedroom has a King-size wrought iron bed, and a lovely earth tone striped bedding set. There are two matching bedside tables and a lovely matching dresser. There is also a sliding glass door that opens to the patio. The master bathroom has single sink vanity tiles in aqua blue tiles. There are a separate tub and shower as well as plenty of storage for your toiletries. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-size bed with an arched light wood colored headboard. There are two matching bedside tables and a dresser to store your belongings. The room also has a window that you should open at night and lull yourself to sleep with the sounds of the waves crashing. The 2nd bathroom has a stand-up shower and a lovely single sink vanity with plenty of counter space and lighting. The patio has been furnished with a square table made of stone set to seat four people. The chairs are wrought iron with soft beige seat cushions. This is the perfect spot to watch the sunrise or sunset over the Sea of Cortez. The unit comes with ceiling fans throughout and all the comforts needed to feel right at home. You will not be disappointed with your stay in unit 105 of the Marina Pinacate Resort.

Nice but property needs an upgrade

the place is overall nice but does need an upgrade kitchen faucet did not work some areas were dirty and broken . and the smell inside smelled abandoned just not too welcoming the location and view was very nice but i myself would not book this place again .

Bathroom sink faucet and tile work needed. Bugs in that second bathroom, need to be sprayed. Needed batteries in tv clicker, Roku didn't work in Living Room. Need better communication with property manager. Just needs a little TLC, had a great time and location was wonderful. Thank you

Be aware

This stay was not as expected. The unit is right by the elevator and lobby so there is always noise. They want you to pay $10 for a wrist band so you can access the property. Not understanding why we spend X amount of dollars to stay at this resort to just to pay for a wrist band. It should have been complementary from the host. I come to Rocky Point often for work and never had to pay for a wristband. They never fixed our stopped up bathtub, only made excuses as to why they could not fix it.

We went for my granddaughter’s birthday. I tried cooking and the stove was not working, also the light in both bedrooms was not working. Called maintenance and no one ever came. We ended checking out one day early. The company did refunded me with one day of stay.

Nice place, I would stay there again. It’s a little distance to the sand maybe 3 min walk. However, you do have beautiful sunsets, a view of the water from the room and patio.

No internet, no wifi, upcharge from VRBO to use Casago

Overall Marina Pinacate is fine, but this condo was neglected, no wi-fi, no cable/internet/satellite, few useful dishes, washing machine broken, if these people want any returning customers ever, they need to step up their game - I'll never go back to this unit tho.

Great spot

Really enjoyed this place. Guest bathroom shower had very little flow and I called to have a plumber to fix it, that didn't;t show up. View was beautiful and the condo itself was really nice.

Checking process was a joke. Patio furniture broken. Dusty and dirty. Not enough towel.

No beach nor pool towels. TV dont work. None of the 3. Place is outdated and dirty. Security is ridiculous. patio chairs broken. Fell in and hurt myself. Kitchen not well equipped. No happy at all with this condo. The worst I ever stay at here in marina pinacate! 105 was not a good choice. Over paid

We loved the condo, it was amazingly comfortable and very clean, our 9 year old did not want to leave... the only downside to this property is not having easy access to the beach... otherwise it was perfect!

The outside is beautiful, inside is crap.

We arrived a bit early and the office staff greeted us with grins and smiles and checked to see if our room was ready and it was. We received our room keys and headed to our room about 1/2 mile away. One of the companies who rent rooms there is not at the Hotel. Getting into the room was fine from there All was down hill. Lights did not work in entry. Okay we will get that fixed!. The room fan did not work, light on night stand did not work. One bath towel, one hand towel, no face cloth. We the looked at the beddin. A sheet on top of of the mattress cover then the blanket on the bottom sheet, thus not to sleep between sheets but blanket and bottom sheet. I took all the problems to the office. Hour later a house keeper came habed us a sheet, Soom pillow cases and some things we could not identify. The did not offer to make the bed and left. We had some thing that requires refrigerator and inspection of fridge it had a burnt out light and smelled of strong chemicals.. Second day no one showed up to fix problems until about 6-7 pm. Our bed was made but no clean towel. I was told it was up to me to bring fresh towels, etc if we want them. There is a washer and drier in the room but it worked poorly. Washer is so small washing two bath towels is about all it could hold. Now the drier was a bigger problem. It did not dry anything. I pulled out the limit trap and it was comply jammed with lint. Cleaned it out and found the screen in it was almost comply torn out and the clips holding the screen to the frame were rusted off. So I lrft the filter out, still did not dry well. I reached down into the out let and it was packed full of lint. I cleaned it out and found packed in all the lint 3 America quarters and 5 dimes. The floors are filthy, dozens of broken tiles. Well enough. That was a terrible place to stay and I would not stay there again nor would I suggest staying there to ANYONE! However the staff did treat us okay even if they did nothing. Please reply to me.
