LOS TOCAYOS is a luxurious, modern beach house offering the perfect blend of contemporary design and beachfront convenience, located in the desirable Las Conchas area. With easy steps beach access, this 3-bedroom, 3-bath home is the ideal getaway for those seeking high-end style in a relaxing setting.

BEDROOMS The spacious master bedroom features a king-size bed, private bath with a marble shower, walk-in closet, and TV. The second bedroom offers a queen bed and its own private bath, while the third bedroom has a queen bed with a bathroom just across the hall.

LIVING AREA The living area is filled with natural light and offers a large leather couch and a dining table that accommodates the whole group. Unwind with a Smart TV, perfect for streaming your favorite shows on Netflix after a day on the beach. Blackout curtains are provided for privacy when you need it. A landline is also available for your use.

KITCHEN AND LAUNDRY The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, perfect for any cooking you may want to do, plus a Keurig machine (just bring your own K-cups). Adjacent to the kitchen is a washer and dryer for your convenience. Renters also have access to a 2-car garage.

OUTDOOR SPACE The spacious yard is beautifully landscaped with lush greenery, creating a peaceful outdoor retreat. Relax on the patio furniture or enjoy a barbecue in the designated grill area. For a better view of the ocean, stairs outside lead you to an elevated deck where you can take in stunning ocean views.

LOCATION Located in the Las Conchas area, Los Tocayos offers the perfect balance of privacy and accessibility, with the beach just a short stroll away.

POLICIES Los Tocayos is pet-friendly upon approval with a pet fee of $75 per pet. No smoking inside the home.

Great property!

Overall a great stay! The house was great along with the host and Oceano rentals were exceptional! The only downside was the beach was not the best. The beach was very clean and close but there was so many rocks it was hard to enjoy the water.

Great house, ok beach

Great house. Plenty of room for 5 plus 2 dogs. Spacious kitchen, good layout, perfect walled in yard. The beach is all rock. Not good for swimming or floating. But perfect for ones who love to explore those bountiful tide pools. There is probably 40 feet of rock in front of you and a mile of it on both sides. We had the Las Conchas security called on us twice during our stay. Them telling us it was a beachfront neighbor complaining about our very standard Coleman 10x10 shade sloth set up on the public beach. They told us to move it “30 feet down” or we’ll take it down for you. We felt bullied but did as that said because we didn’t want any trouble in Mexico. I wouldn’t stay here again. Great house tho.

You get what you pay for

This was by far the cheapest home in Las Conchas, which should definitely be taken into consideration. There is a lot wrong with the home that I hope they will fix for the next person. The washer doesn't work, the water doesn't come out but it does spin. The dishwasher has a broken handle and is hard to open. There is an ice machine but its missing the catch tray so all the ice falls into the water. There is a coffee machine but no filters, but the Keurig works. There are many things in the kitchen but it is all kind if useless. For example, there are two muffin tins, a bunch of casserole dishes, and most of the dinnerware is cracked or chipping. There aren't any potholders so I used a kitchen towel. The pans are teflon and are scratched and the finish is chipping. The couch is dirty and worn down and in the listing it looks clean and comfy. The living room TV doesn't connect to the internet, and the HDMI doesn't work for my Nintendo Switch. The sliding door is hard to open and close and fell off the track many times. The outdoor kitchen doesn't work. The big tub in the primary bathroom (a big reason we booked this place) doesn't drain properly and backs up into the shower flooding the whole bathroom. The alarm system will go off randomly. The beds are comfy. I asked for more towels and they brought them in 30 min. Emergency maintenance was very quick. This place is okay on a budget. I have way more to say but am at the character limit.

Great experience

First time visiting las conchas puerto peñasco and was great experience. The house was not to far from the beach walking distance. The house definitely felt like at home . The rooms were clean and the outdoor of the house as very cozy.

The house was beautiful. You can see the beach from your deck. Access to the beach is so close, it’s perfect for a nice relaxing vacation. Very quiet property. We had an amazing trip. Thank you

Very well appointed property with the best equipped kitchen of any vacation rental I've stayed in. Responsiveness from Oceano Rentals (management) was stellar, both prior to our arrival and during our stay.

Birthday Trip

The property was great. Large spaces to spread out. Backyard and kitchen were awesome. The master bed was the best part of the house. Very comfy and had restful nights. There’s was a small hiccup at the end of our stay with one of the bathrooms backing up. Management offered to move us but opted to stay since we were leaving the next morning.

Not so clean for the price 😕

Location was amazing however the property was not so clean, the master bathroom has a big window that the neighbors can see you throughout, there was no curtains.

Nice house

We enjoyed staying here, the jets on jacuzzi in master bathroom don’t work and you have to go up some stairs outside to see ocean, the grill did not have propane. It would have been nice if those were in the description. Other than that everything is nice & clean. The heater worked well. The light went out 2 times but they had candles in kitchen cabinet and fire place in livingroom. The shower in master was nice and hot and good water pressure.
