"Our group with young

had a great time at this property! The house is the cleanest and most convenient place we've stayed in Rocky Point. Everything was working in the house: AC nice and cool, fans in the bedrooms, comfy beds, plenty of towels, kitchen well stocked. It was great having the washer/dryer, plenty of drinking water, and we used all the beach gear provided as well. Thank you! We'll be back again!"

"I’ve stayed in Los Concha’s years ago, several times. Always loved the proximity to the beach/ocean. Started staying the resorts over at Sandy beach side, enjoyed that as well but it was never as quaint and personal as getting a single
family
home in the beach. So my
family
migrated back to Los Concha’s. We will be staying here each year again. Most of the
family
stayed in a larger house to accommodate, we were just 5 mins drive down the beach.
