-The condo is in a gated, resort-style community where you can enjoy ammenities like pools, tennis courts, BBQs, fitness and yoga center and clubhouse so you don't have to leave the compound to enjoy your vacation. But if you want to, it's an easy 10 minute drive to local beaches, cafés, and cultural attractions as well as easy highway access to destinations further up or down the coast.
