"10/10. All inclusive. Not a single bad thing to say about the time I spent here. Every staff member is a joy to be around. Their nightly entertainment is awesome. Pool’s are clean. Drinks are strong. 24/7 professional ROOM SERVICE! You couldn’t ask for anything else. Highly recommended."

"Loved the whole resort except the spa. Hydro therapy was great my spa day was perfect. My cousin who came w me her experience was terrible. Hermosa was slow almost falling asleep while she was getting a massage. We brought it to the attention of the manager, and he did not want to offer any type of compensation for the very poor massage she received and expensive i might add. Other than that our excursion were great worth the money food was good for an all inclusive. I preferred the buffet food much better in taste and offering"

"Our trip was great! The rooms were clean & well kept. Staff greeted you no matter where you were on the property. The pools were clean & clear. The main pool at the Marina was the one that had kid friendly area & swim up bar. Suggestion to find an area & get a waiter/waitress to come to you in the pool-- the lines are long at the swim up bar. Being dry or not in swim suits was hard when spending the day at the pool to be able to go eat at any of the restaurants. Having some choices to sit poolside & order food would be great..."
