"We had a lovely stay here for a week over Easter with our 2 children 12 & 15. Apartment is a little outdated, but that is typical of Torrevieja and reflected in the price. The photos do not do it justice - it is actually over 3 floors with 2 small balcony's and a roof terrace! Very good location, right near Playa de Locos beach and multiple restaurants and supermarkets. A fair 15+ min walk to the Centro zone with more beaches and restaurant options. "Amazing location, quiet neighbourhood so no road noise, clean and tidy all around and equipped with everything you need. Pool area was clean all the time. Plenty of space all around, even upstairs on the terrace. All in all amazing property and I would definitely recommend!"

"Our stay in Torrevieja was a huge disappointment. The apartment is being advertised as “Beautiful newly refurbished” which is a complete lie, everything in this place is old, dated or broken and dirty, we complained about the first day, and the owner basically ignored it. The kitchen doesn’t have a matching set of dishes, the drawer with silverware is nasty (we didn’t even use it), the bath towels looked like floor rags, washed out and old (we bought new ones at Carrefour to use). "The property and communication with owners and manager were excellent. We were in this location for almost 6 weeks and found there is lots of opportunity to enjoy the beach, only 3 blocks away, as well as travel to many interesting locations within a 100 km radius. "We chose this apartment based upon its location, size, and a review that stated it had a sunny balcony from 10-5 in the winter. We were not disappointed and really enjoyed all 3 months here in our home away from home. The hosts have a well equipped kitchen which was very important to us including little things like an apron, multiples of things like measuring cups and plastic storage containers. They also had a rolling grocery cart which we didn't use but it was nice that it was available....

"Dès le début la communication avec le propriétaire était au top, réactif. Heureusement qu'il y avait la clim car il a fait très chaud. L'appartement est très bien équipé. Tout mais vraiment tout, même les serviettes de plage, le parasol, une chaise de plage, des raquettes de tennis et des balles pour jouer sur le terrain dans la résidence qui est à côté de la piscine.
