"Location was amazing. Nice size swimming pool. Inside area was a good size with everything we needed. A perfect base for our holiday The outside area was very dirty when we arrived. It just needed a good sweep which we did ourselves so it didn’t ruin the holiday. We left it cleaner than it was when we arrived!!"

"Well equipped and spacious villa, just a couple of minutes from the pine walk. We had a wonderful time, very relaxing and close to restaurants and bars. The pool was large and heated which made it possible to swim in October. Short drive away from some nice beaches and easy access to the amazing bike ride that is the Formentor. "

The location is private but so close to beaches, markets, town and cycling routes. The views are amazing. "Property was perfectly set up for our family of five, with three kids of five and under. Location worked really well; a short drive to beach and old town but v straightforward. What I would call out in particular was the responsiveness of the property manager and the owner. We had an issue with the gates to the property that had broken meaning we couldn't get in (no problem there, stuff breaks that's just life!). Auch wenn das Haus nicht hochmodern ist, es ist gemütlich und sauber. Als wir ankamen, funktionierte die Spülmaschine nicht und die Badezimmer hatten keinen Schlüssel im Schloss.
