Kanan (I’ve hopefully have that correct as she deserves recognition) was amazing. we we’re put in a terrible situation with the villa we had booked, in that it was inhabitable, awful. We urgently had to find somewhere quickly as the company were not helping resolve the issue. She was welcoming calm ...

Lovely staff and the best views

The staff were very friendly, hotel felt relaxed. My criticisms are that the bed and beddings are not the most comfy, especially the very cheap pillows. If you are seeking comfort I wouldn’t highly recommend. The room generally was clean if a little noisy. Entertainment options were good, as was ...

Overall it was a wonderful place to visit. Beautiful landscapes and close to the ocean. However, the weather is a bit breezy and cold at times. May need to bring a sweater, jacket or shawl to wear out. Be aware, people smoke everywhere.
It is a lively place. I thought it was dirty and I did not like the beaches because oeople bri g their dogs and people smoke everywhere
beautiful island with many sites to visit all around it; traffic is very busy and all locations are very crowded
It a small town charm, just like being in mainland Spain
The only reason we stayed in Puerto De la Cruz is because family lives nearby. But I would strongly recommend to stay in the south: Adeje, Los Cristianos since the south is sunny and warm. The north tends to be chilly and cloudy.
