"Great hotel, mid-range for Galapagos. The owner is wonderful and is a dentist whose office is attached to the hotel. Either he or staff member was always immediately available. They warned us not to drink tap water and made clean water easily available, delivered to our room every day and available in lobby. He also had drinks and beach towels available for us to borrow or buy, all on the honor system; we definitely felt welcome. Most of the hotel is outside with trees, birds, etc. just outside...

Location is perfect, off the tourist path, and easy to access by any taxis in Puerto Arroyo (just say you want to go to Parque Cascada). Groceries are available anywhere near the house, better produce quality found in the shops on Baltra Ave. Property manager is easy to communicate with and responds instantly."

"Large property - 3 bed rooms and 3-1/2 bathrooms. It was an excellent value. The home had fantastic air conditioning - which we really appreciated after a long day of excursions. There was plenty of filtered water and the washing machine was a bonus. In terms of negatives: - No WiFi (but the host was clear about this from the beginning) - No mirrors over sinks (had to use our phone’s camera to shave) -
