"My stay was super convenient from air port pick up to having the lay of the land explained to me on a map. Sand wasn’t a worry with daily housekeeping and there are both lots of food options near by and a shared kitchen so easy to cater to any eating preference. "

"This property was in a good location in between Playa Mann and town. 5 minute walk to either. Hosts were great and very helpful for planning our days, they even arranged taxis for us and picked us up from the airport. Room was very clean and spacious with awesome sea views"

"After we finally got checked in, turned the AC on and it was not cold. Owner told me it would cool down and to let her know if I didn't need it "cold like hers (friend's room) I would be fine but I could switch it in the morning. "This is a $40 a night property. It is beyond expectations, clean, private bathroom, daily room service, WiFi,refrigerator in the room. You can get water and fill your empty bottles from the owner. Be aware this is not a hostel but a small hotel. I see reviews of people complaining about these sort of places. They think they should get the ritz Carlton. It is also just 2 blocks away from the central square where the taxi let me off from the airport"

"Despite the Expedia confirmation and my correspondence with the hotel prior to arrival, when we arrived first we had to wait over an hour for anybody to arrive at the reception, only to hear that our reservation does not exist. After a tiring trip we had to run around the city to find any hotel that looks acceptable and has free rooms left. All that with full luggage, burning noon sun and a child. Stay away from that hotel! Shame on Expedia that they sell a hotel that claims no work with...

"The good: The location is great, it's right near the docks and bus transportation drop-off and Charles Darwin street is a couple blocks away. The clerk at the front spoke English really well and was able to give us advice and help us with suggestions about food and tours.
