"There was lots of seaweed on the beach, but the hotels took care of it every day. There were plenty of pools to make up for the seaweed problem. The food was excellent, and hot. The staff was awesome, and housekeepers were the best. I highly recommend"

"My wife and I recently stayed at Hotel Xcaret Arte, and the experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. If you’re looking for a peaceful, romantic, luxury resort that focuses on relaxation rather than a party atmosphere, this is the place. The property itself is absolutely breathtaking. The architecture, natural beauty, rivers, and attention to detail throughout the resort create an atmosphere unlike any other all-inclusive we have visited. Everywhere you look feels like a postcard."

"I loved the fact that the children I with had many options to do. A lot of activities and having the waterpark right in front of our room was amazing. The staff were really helpful in making sure our group was in the same building and some of us were side by side or on the same floor. I had an issues with cockroaches in my room and one of the night staff, I believe his name was Oscar, made sure we were moved to another room quickly. He then had us moved again, so we were back facing the pool. I now these things are not in the control and wasn’t mad at the staff for this. Just happy they accommodate my family so quickly. Our new room had no issues at all. Guest services, was great as well, I do forget the gentleman’s name that got me complementary late check out for my inconvenience. This was very helpful since we had small children with us and pick up was in the evening. I absolutely love all the wildlife on the resort. I saw the crocodile, raccoons, coatis, lizards, a deer, and my favourite, the monkeys. The downside for me, was the beach and how rocky it was. Some rocks are so big that the children weren’t able to enjoy it and never wanted to go back in. The staff did a great good at cleaning the sargassum. Even though it made the water look brown and difficult to see where the rocks were. I love the ocean since I don’t live near one. I just wish the rocks weren’t an issue."

"Food was great, limited amenities I think after 3 days the resort feels a little boring. The food was great and the resort and room was clean. My only complaint is that they only have a 2 golf carts driving everyone around the ginormous resort and they drop you off in the lobby that isn’t even open yet. Staff is friendly and helpful."
