Front desk help was very good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. However I didn't like the towels, they were very old and needed to be replaced.Also, my pillow wasn't comfortable and I had to request another one which the hotel provided to me. Breakfast is good and buffet type but if you want pancakes or other special breakfast items you have to pay about 3 dollars more. This hotel is far away from downtown so, next time I'll book another hotel nearer.

Good for short business trips

The only I really do no like was the bath towel. it is like a piece of cloth instead of felling thick thick cotton sensation A possible improvement could be Offering tissues and at least one drawer for cloth

El servicio de recepción, de 5 que me atendieron, 2 muy amables.Pedí cambiar de habitación pq la mía olía mal. El Desayuno, la verdad,X, clásico y nada que te vuelva loco. El ambiente en el restaurante, deprimente, llegas a desayunar, las luces todas apagadas, estas desayunando y prenden la tele con noticiero, muertos,balaceras,inundaciones ufff, en la noche llegas a recepción y lo mismo, todo muy gris. Deberían de quitarse el mote de que solo se llega a dormir y tratar de dar un mejor servicio. El cuarto bien, la cama bien.
