Permaneci durante 3 semanas en este maravilloso hotel, todos los empleados fueron muy amables conmigo, me ayudaron con todas las inquietudes debido a que soy de otro pais. La comida fue excelente y seguian todas las instrucciones que pedia. Cuando regrese a Mexico, definitivamente volveria a este lugar.

La atenciĆ³n en check in fue muy mala, nos dejaron esperando afuera un tiempo considerable, cuando la persona encargada llegĆ³ tenĆ­a una muy mala actitud, grosera, no nos informo dĆ³nde es el desayuno, en donde dejar el vehĆ­culo, ni a bajar las cosas del auto, realmente fue el momento muy desagradable. Hay mucho ruido por parte de los empleados en las maƱanas y por las noches permiten que los huĆ©spedes pongan volumen alto y griten. No nos dieron la contraseƱa para wifi, el vehĆ­culo se guarda 2 cuadras adelante y el desayuno es en otro hotel. Las habitaciones cuentan con lo necesario, la cama y las almohadas son muy duras

En general estuvo bien el hotel pero tiene mejor en algunos aspecto, en tener ms limpiezas en cobijas porque no cambia todos dĆ­as, que sea un poco mĆ”s grande en baƱo y se tapa el baƱera y se tienes que esperar se vaya el agua para baƱarte, el desayuno nos dieron tarde el sĆ”bado, tenĆ­amos planes. El desayuno deberĆ­a tener mas y la chica en recepciĆ³n nos tratĆ³ mal. En todo lo demĆ”s nos fue bien

Me presente 11 pm informe de la reservaciĆ³n y me dejaron esperando en la calle 15 minutos me indicaron por micrĆ³fono que si estaba la habitaciĆ³n y que esperara, fui a cenar regrese y me indicaron que ya no habĆ­a habitaciones que no me respetaban porque pasaban las 12 pm 1. Dicen que su habĆ­a reserva 2. Me dejan 15 min esperando 3. Me dicen que no hay habitaciĆ³n 4. Y no respetan lo que me habĆ­an dicho querĆ­an que esperara hasta que se les ocurriera abrirme en la calle La recepcionista groserisima sĆ³lo me dijo que la persona que me habĆ­a dicho que si ya habĆ­a salido u que ella no podĆ­a hacer nada que no habĆ­a lugar

Claimed to be open 24 hrs. I got there about 6pm and the whole place was locked up. I called and could hear the phone ringing in an empty office. And to make it all perfect this all was happening during a thunderstorm and got there by taxi. I stood in the rain for 30 minutes until someone showed up. Had to pay cash cause they didn't take credit cards. Bath so small they had to put the sink outside of the door. Oddly enough the closet was a walk in and large. No AC or fans so I had to sleep with th he Acadia door open but that's ok cause it had no lock or way to secure it anyway. Id only stay here in a pinch.
