"Couple for 1 week and see around Pucon & Villarica! The Hotel was fine in the center of town! I was here 20 years ago when is was the Gran Hotel Pucon. Enjoy is making the hotel grand again, slowly but steady my Room 422 was spectacular with lake view! Yes definitely would come back!! Ahh break fast was adequate and need improvement "

"Amazing place in a very convenient location. Not far from Pucon, the logde is right by the riverside. Hot springs and national parks are 20 minutes drive from the place. We had a very spacious room in the second floor, with a view to the volcano from our private balcony. Sarina was an incredible host. We will come back for sure."

"Nice place, great shower! I stayed in what looked to the be the original unit and it has some wear. The other units were built in 2014 and looked in much better shape. So ask for the two floor units. Security is great, large gate with remote opener for after hours. WiFi is pretty slow at times."

O quarto é extremamente pequeno, mal dá para caminhar em volta da cama, cuidando para não se machucar. Não tem onde colocar as malas, não tem TV, não tem nem uma cadeira para sentar, muito menos aquela mesinha com duas cadeiras que mostra na foto do quarto standar, não têm sequer um copo para tomar água. "This property and the staff are extremely kind!! They went above and beyond to help us out and make the experience positive. When I asked for a place to do the laundry, they said they could take my clothes and wash them for me!! The kitchen is also well equipped so you can make your own food and the staff is flexible to provide extra blankets or delay check out slightly. Good rooms with a good amount of space."
