"So beautiful! Ocean view was amazing and the staff were so friendly and helpful. My husband is vegan and he had plenty of delicious options at the breakfast buffet. Decor was lovely and felt very classic Hawaiian. We absolutely loved staying here and would come back in a heartbeat! "

"The pictures on Expedia are not actual pictures of the resort. There are similar features but not the features pictured. There is one breakfast place that always has a wait and very limited menu or very expensive buffet. Parking is ridiculously expensive but having a car is necessary if you don’t want to go broke on the limited food options in the resort. Called down to ask for a room with a view that would match the description of the premium one bedroom suite that was described when booking. We’ve been driving from back and forth looking for the correct apartment. We’ve been directed to an occupied apartment as well. The communication was horrible! It was a bad experience. "

"The Penthouse was very clean, well decorated, well supplied, and a great location. The landscape was beautiful and the outside was well maintained too! I would definitely stay here again. We did not find the on located pool until the last day of our stay though. Those details could have been a little more conveyed. But we had the ocean to enjoy. "

"We had a fantastic stay here. The resort is absolutely perfect, great location and amenities, it’s almost too good to leave to go exploring (but you have to!). The room, balcony and view was spectacular. If you are thinking of going here, stop thinking, just book it, and definitely upgrade to the Gold experience, it’s worth it. The private hostess, lounge, amenities, all top notch."
