The house was built by boat builders and the stairs to the second floor are very steep (please see the photos). The house has 2-zone central AC/heat. Each bedroom has a queen size bed with ceiling fan. Master Bedroom has a sitting room with a full futon couch. There is a washer/dryer found in the basement. Views of Provincetown monument can be seen from the second floor. The gourmet kitchen has granite countertops, electric appliances, wood cabinets, and a large farmhouse sink. The fully-tiled master bathroom has a special claw foot soaking tub with overhead skylights and a walk-in steam shower. The brick patio has redwood furniture and charcoal grill next to the private garden. There is parking for 2 cars on premises and 2 cars on street. Available only Sunday to Sunday weekly rentals
