"This house is perfect for staying with friends and family. The views are beautiful and the house is very well maintained and kitchen well stocked with all equipment required. The cupboard to help yourself to if you’d forgotten any essentials was a really lovely touch. Tracy and Francesco could not have been more accommodating in answering questions and checking in with us whilst we stayed. We cannot recommend this house more - a really great place to stay."

La casa si trova in un punto strategico per visitare Spoleto, Orvieto, Perugia ma anche dei bellissimi villaggi medievali come Todi, Montefalco, Bevania, ecc La casa ha tre appartamenti separati con ingresso indipendente, ma c’e Una grande cucina in cui noi siamo stati in 11 senza problemi (colazione ma’ anche quando la sera faceva più fresco). Consiglieró sicuramente ad altri...

"Abbiamo affittato la casa per festeggiare il primo compleanno di nostro figlio con un po' di amici e parenti. Il posto è bellissimo e Valeria è stata molto gentile, ha organizzato la festa (con buffet e bibite varie) per 50 persone e sono rimasti tutti molto soddisfatti. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo sia per quanto riguarda la casa che per quanto riguarda il catering (e tutto il resto). Consigliamo vivamente anche per un week end tra amici!"

"We had a lovely time. The property is as described and the kitchen is very well stocked, making meal preparation easy. Views from the property and particularly the balconies are lovely. The pool is a great size, especially if you have older children. Geatano was very helpful including showing us the best restaurants and take aways in town. The ravioli from the fresh pasta shop he took us to was outstanding."
