A former 18th century farm house transformed into a beautiful and comfortable country house, villa "IL GREGGIO" is located close to Avigliano Umbro, a small town typical of the south of Umbria, with all amenities (the nearest supermarket is 7 minutes walking distance, there are two banks, one post office, all types of shops, restaurants…). It is an ideal starting point to visit the beautiful ancient towns of Todi (about 20 km), Orvieto (about 50 km), Narni (about 25 km) Km) and Spoleto (about 38 km). Rome is 1 ½ hour away by car and trains for Rome leave every hour or so from Narni/Amelia station.
The property is situated in magnificent grounds of about three hectares (with olive grove, orchard, vegetable garden +++), a beautiful panorama over the surrounding countryside and a spacious covered terrace equipped with a wood oven for pizzas and a barbecue, ideal to spend pleasant evenings with family or friends. The annex of 80 m2 can accommodate up to 5 persons and features one double bedroom (with twin beds) and one living room with a comfortable convertible sofa (width 1m60) and a convertible armchair, as well as a bathroom. At the rear of the annex, you will find a storage room and a shower/wc.
The property has 4 parking spaces in total (two of which are in the shade). Air conditioning in the annex and in all the bedrooms of the house. Mosquito screens on all windows. Free Internet access.
