The location is perfect for Novara (train station is 1 min walking distance, downtown is 10 mins walking distance and major grocery store is 10 mins walking distance). There are ample restaurants, shops and Italian character within a stone's through. I higly recommend this B&B/Hotel for the traveler in Novara."

"We had a beautiful stay at Catherine Gianni's house. The house is clean and tidy and supplied of everything you may need, it's not big but more than enough for a family of 4, the external little garden is for sure a plus. A 3 minutes walk takes to the lakeside and to the village of Pella that actually doesn't offer a lot but is quiet and pleasant, from there you can utilize boat services that connect all the villages on the lake and the island. Parking is not a problem, it's easy to find a free...

"Sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse, in einem Wäldchen. Wir waren im Sommer dort und die Luft war immer etwas frischer als direkt am Seeufer. Die Wohnung war liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gut mit allem ausgestattet (Spülmittel, Gewürze, Putzmittel etc.). Die Vermieterin Monica war gut erreichbar und sogar so freundlich, Lebensmittel für die ersten Mahlzeiten bereitzustellen. Das Doppelbett war bequem. Die Erreichbarkeit mit dem Auto ist sehr gut."
