"Lovely hotel and very attentive staff, only warning for travellers is DONT assume you can arrive at Arona Railway Station and get a taxi to the Hotel. Often no taxis and no one to ask."

"Staff was not supportive to my needs as I reserved for infant inclusion however they charge additional €15 for the baby bed"

"Lovely lake front room to walk down from our balcony into the lake. The staff were very helpful with all our questions we had. Hired kayaks for the day from the hotel and restaurant served great food. Was a very pleasant stay and would stay there again."

"This hotel was amazing! Great location, beautiful views overlooking lake orta. Beautiful walkway on the lake and the city was amazing and very walkable. Beds were comfortable, amazing bathroom! Great shower and double sinks. Wish we could have stayed here longer. We missed the breakfast as we had an early departure but it looked fantastic! Beautiful room and lots of selections."
