"Good basic hotel when you need a place to stay between flights to/from Malpensa, with most of the amenities one may need. Used to be priced more reasonably.... Staff is always nice, bathrooms clean, in our case bed was noisy, room floor didn't feel clean, room paint was odd and it looked like serious smoke damage was painted over, or possible serious water damage that turned into mold and then painted over. Only one English TV channel was working, CNN was out. Good restaurant within walking...

"It is close to the airport. The hotel has shuttle services to pick up and drop off at the airport. This is an airport hotel; there is not much to see, to go, or to do. The staff are friendly. The hotel offered to drop me off at a restaurant nearby for dinner. That was unexpected. "

We originally saw the reviews and thought how can they be so good, but now understand why. The property was beautiful, clean, quiet and authentic. The owners were lovely. "There was not hot water at night to take a shower and I was there during winter. Also, front desk was not knowledgeable about surroundings and when asked to stay 1 hour more in our checkout, they asked to charge 35 euros; I travel a lot and never was charge for 1 hour late checkout. Also the breakfast was mediocre. "
