It is just a short stroll to Santo Stefano's main shops and restaurants, but in a quiet, residential location without traffic noise...just the sound of the waves. The house comes fully furnished and equipped with anything you could need, and the air-conditioned bedrooms were very welcomed. "Een prachtig plekje om je lekker terug te trekken. Het huisje was keurig, voldeed aan onze verwachtingen en de gastvrouw (Bedankt Eleonora voor alle informatie en tips) was geweldig. Nee, het is geen luxe hotel, maar dat weet je als je dit boekt. In principe is alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt voor een verblijf van een week.(of langer) Als je graag kookt, raad ik aan om evt. een favoriete pan of mes mee te nemen. Voor je boodschappen kun je het beste naar Grosetto gaan, maar daar is dan ook...

"We stayed in this villa for 14 nights. For the first 3 days we had huge issues with the electrical system, which is very old. This caused frequent an lengthy outages, which means no air conditioning or electrical fans…The villa is nice but it has not been renovated, and it is basically falling into pieces, which is a shame given the nice location."

"We (family of four, 2 teenagers) had a great stay at Luca's appartment. Due to the Corona pandemic, we were not sure, if we really should travel. But Luca showed great flexibility and we were very happy, that we decided to go. The appartment was very spacious and perfectly cleaned. "Der Aufenthalt war wunderschön. Es gibt so viele tolle Städte, Strände und die wundervolle Landschaft mit all ihren Farben und Gerüchen in der direkten Umgebung zum Haus. In 15 bis 30 Minuten kann man mit dem Auto viele wirklich lohnenswerte Ziele erreichen. Auf dem Grundstück ist so gut wie nie Zivilisationslärm zu hören. Richtig gut zum abschalten. "Proprietari disponibili e non invadenti Ma la abitazione ha bisogno di manutenzione e di essere un po’ rifornita. Inoltre le informazione della descrizione non corrispondono. Non sono disponibili asciugamani e lenzuola ( ci hanno avvertiti 2gg prima dell’arrivo ed eravamo in un’altra località di vacanza ma fortunatamente hanno provveduto a farcele trovare) e primo inconveniente risolto. Arriviamo e l’aria condizionata non funziona e questo è stato un bel problema visto il caldo e il rumore...

"Die Ausstattung war minimal und entsprach z. T. nicht der Beschreibung. Es gab keine Kaffeetassen oder Weingläser und auch keine Liegen für die Terrasse. Außerdem ließ die Sauberkeit etwas zu wünschen übrig. Doch der große Pool und das Personal/Animationsteam waren klasse. Wir haben von dort einige Ausflüge gemacht und mehrere (freie) Strände besucht. Insgesamt ein toller Urlaub in einem Teil der Toskana, der noch sehr italienisch ist."

"Die Villa ist gut ausgestattet und die Räumlichkeiten sind großzügig ausgelegt. Guter Service des Vermieters der mit vielen Tipps den Aufenthalt angenehm machte. Leider ist in der Zeit zwischen Weihnachten und Neujahr nicht viel los und ohne Auto ist es eher schwierig einzukaufen und etwas zu erleben. Zum entspannen war es trotzdem sehr angenehm."
