"Can't recommend a stay here more highly! The hotel, in a fortress, is utterly amazing. Staff goes above and beyond and breakfast was wonderful. Definitely do the Etruscan hollow caves night excursion. Our guide was Erica and she was excellent. "

"Very nice hotel, we paid a bit extra and stayed on the 4th floor, a lovely view of the ocean over the tops of nearby buildings, and a very very clean hotel, Michelle and Ashley were the most friendly and helpful registration / front desk attendants I've met, we rented and rode around on the electric bikes, right there next to the front lobby, SO Convenient !!! "This hotel was like visiting your Italian family. Sara was so kind and helpful, she arranged rides and suggested fun things for the kids. The lunches and dinner were delicious!!! And let’s not forget the wine. If you are looking for a place to make memories in Tuscany, this is the place. We plan to return one day. "
