"Front desk staff was super friendly, and allowed me to not only check in early but also gave a free upgrade. The room was spacious and clean. It’s valet parking only, but since I don’t carry cash with me, the valet staff all have Venmo for convenience. Smart! "

"Staff was very professional and welcoming. The room was clean and nice. My only complaint is that the pool was cloudy, the pool floor was soaked and they only had small towels available in pool area. "

"After making a reservation on line using HOTELS.COM. When checking into the hotel they double charged me ( paid for the room via HOTELS.COM and when the hotel asked for the credit cards incidentals they also charge me for the room. When I brought the 2nd charge to the front desk attention the manager said there wasn't anything they could do . I left a voice message for the Dir. of Operation at the hotel but no one has returne my call after 2 days."
