"Nice hotel and was a good location for us. I thought the queen suite had a couch but it didn’t. It did have a table with two chairs and a nice kitchen. The room was nice but didn’t smell fresh but we opened the window and did our Lysol spray and it was fine. Our bathroom needed cleaning and we told the staff and they were there fast and handled it. "Check in was at 4 but the room wasn't ready until 5pm. The room had an overwhelming smell of clearer when i 1st entered it. After the smell diminished, it was obvious to my son and I that someone had been smoking in the room. Both oders where in the room for the duration of our stay. "

"ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES!!!! Walked into our room, immediately saw 3 cockroaches. Swatted one, 2 more shot out and up the wall from behind the bed!!! UNREAL. We turned right back around and waited in line to get a refund, which took almost 30 minutes. Then we had to find another pet friendly hotel at 10pm on the weekend. RUN!!!"

"I am truly disappointed in this entire transaction. The hotel was booked back in July of 2022. Sometime during the hotel closed in January 2023 and no notification was sent to me letting me know about this. I was super lucky to be able to pivot and find another room at a different location. I wish there had been some communication about the closure. Hotels.com did come through in getting me a refund. "
