I recently sent 4 nights at the Margo Square hotel in Pristina. The location is excellent right on the main boulevard. There are lots of great restaurants and cafes nearby. Most of the attractions are a short walk from the hotel. You can also get a taxi, just at the next cross street.
My room was excellent. It was spotlessly clean, quiet and comfortable. I always appreciate getting a complementary bottle of water when I arrive. The bathroom was a great size with an excellent shower.
All staff I met were extremely friendly, efficient and welcoming. They can assist you with advice on what to see and do. They can help you arrange a private tour which is one of the best ways to see more of Kosovo. However I suggest you do your own research to ensure everything is open as processes and opening hours change regularly in Kosovo and staff may not have the up to date information.
You get your breakfast in the Margo cafe just across the street and it’s excellent. Everything is prepared for you so does take some time, but well worth the wait. I really enjoyed the muesli and fruit and had it 3 times. I had an omelette once which was delicious also.
I highly recommend this hotel, it’s quite a gem in this unique city.
