"The staff were incredibly supportive throughout my stay. As a solo traveler, I never felt lonely because they took the time to engage in genuine conversations and made me feel welcome and valued.
I want to give a big shout-out to:
Shemar from Jerk Hut
Khadijah from Pier Eight
Sophia from the Spa"
"This place was so beautiful for a getaway … when the River and the Sea meets is a beautiful site … a beautiful feel … Staffs hospitality was everything ❤️"
"What a trip. Great food, great staff. Just amazing all around. I highly recommend Sandals Ochi to any couple visiting Jamaica, especially if it’s first time traveling to Jamaica."
"Hibiscus is a hotel that harks back to the simple island feel. I do not want to impressed by the frills and glitz and then overcharged.
Hibiscus had a comfortable clean bed and the room was excellent. I had a deluxe double and the balcony was excellent for relaxing.
I took a walk down the stairs on the property and was able to swim to the popular snorkelling area and the tourist beach was not too far to the right.
I wore earplugs to quiet the nightlife which was not excessive and was non-existent during the day. Will definitely be going back."

"Excellent service from staff, nothing was too much for them to do. Clean room everyday throughout our stay. Amazing beach view from our room. The staff at breakfast remembering what you had for breakfast. Our experience with as 10/10, we had the opportunity to visit the other 2 resort that was also amazing. Can’t wait for 2027 for another sandals adventure. Facilities are amazing. Everywhere clean and well kept."
