"My gf and I love it her but unfortunately the tv in the room wasn’t really working well at all. Kept freezing. Also had burn damage which didn’t seem right to me seeming as in it’s such a beautiful hotel. It probably would only cost $200 or less to replace the tv. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay as usual/ and will definitely come back as usual!"

I was also annoyed by an alarm clock going off for about 20 minutes in the adjoining room. I believe the hotel's alarm clock had been set and was still left that way, but I think the room was empty. "

"The staff was so patient when our party had four reservations in two names with Marriott as well as two third party vendors. There had been so many changes that we were missing a different day on each of the rooms. They sorted it all and fixed the problems without overcharging us. There were minor problems with the rooms we had - no heat in one, no hot water in another, a pullout sofa with someone’s snack all crumbled beneath the cushions and no bedding, and a serious leak in the kitchen...
