"The hotel is in a great location next to the Byward market. The hotel appears a little more high end in the website but the property has definitely aged. Within my suite there were a lot of minor damages. I couldn’t get the tap water to a warm temperature. It was either very hot or super cold. The heating and cooling didn’t work initially but the team took care of it once reported. The water bottles provided could have been a high end water. The hotel lacked amenities. The lobby is extremely small, there was no welcome beverage or offer to have my bags brought to my room."

It exceeded our expectations and added real value to our stay. We also appreciated how dog-friendly the hotel is. Our pet was warmly welcomed, and it was clear that the hotel genuinely accommodates guests travelling with dogs, which made our trip even more enjoyable.
