"Brand new facility, staff very helpful."

"The bed in the room we stayed on was not comfortable. Seemed like it was old. The room didn't have a hair dryer it was suppose to but it was missing when we asked for one they eventually found one for us but it wasn't easy to get it"

"Très bien"

"Older hotel but clean and well kept. Friendly helpfull staff. Not a walkable location to Ottawas best attractions but close to the hwy."

"The wing was in as supposedly renovated and I was upgraded to the renovated side. The toilet flapper valve leaks and continually ran all night, he I’m around the tub was re caulked but there were gaps in the caulk showing the dirty grout underneath, the air conditioner has a bad motor or bearing inside and was crazy loud. The bar fridge was not really cold, not sure I would want to eat food if left in there overnight. One of the doors in the hallway had a sign saying do not know on the door....

"Perfect!"

"La fermeture de la porte du stationnement et du corridor un VRAI VACARME pendant toutes les heures de la nuits, vraiment l'enfer quand tu veux dormir. Devrait barrer les portes et diriger les clients à l'entrée principale."

"Clean room"

"Awesome place! Would stay again 10/10. My room got randomly upgraded, and it was larger than some people’s apartments! Great location, awesome staff, great room."
