"Our stay was great. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic, all kinds of options and the food was very good. Room was very clean and well equipped with toiletries and necessities. The location is great, right downtown by the waterfront. I enjoyed the classical luxury and elegance in the decor and branding around the Inn. We just stayed for one night while attending an event in the area, but we will definitely have to come back for a longer stay!"

"Great place! Starts with a complementary drink (wine or beer) and a fresh cookie! The main lobby area is amazing - very cozy and comfortable with a fantastic breakfast, nice rooms and very helpful staff. This place has so much character and is so much nicer than the regular cookie cutter hotel. We will always stay here in future trips to Charlottetown!"

"Friendly staff, comfortable and cozy accommodations."

"What a wonderful place we stumbled upon. The staff and the owners were super friendly and the location is unbeatable! We will be back and we highly recommend."

"Very nice renovated hotel with a nice Victorian style. The space of the rooms need to be 30% larger"

"Room was not made even after putting the sign on the door"

"Nice renovations, with updated rooms. The complimentary breakfast has lots of options. We liked the Happy Hour drink in the lounge. The fitness room is small, so would be tough if lots of people want to use it at once that would be an issue. There was no elevator if that is an issue."

"Great place. Modern and comfortable. Will stay again."
