"My partner and I just returned from a wonderful 11 nights stay and we cannot wait to come back already. The staff are so welcoming and friendly and nothing is too much to ask of them. The hotel is modern and kept spotlessly clean. Our room was also cleaned every day and came with a flatscreen TV and aircon included. All of the staff were fantastic, always polite and happy. "Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt. Der Außenbereich mit Pool ist sehr schön. Gute Lage und man ist sehr schnell zu Fuß am Strand, genauso wie auch auf der Partystraße. Personal ist freundlich. Zimmer sind OK aber Sauberkeit könnte bisschen besser sein. Was aber wirklich sehr ärgerlich ist, man muss extra 8€ pro Tag für die Klimaanlage bezahlen, das wird davor nirgends erwähnt. Habe ich so noch nie irgendwo anders erlebt. "

There appeared to be good parking (we did not have a car) and there was at least one beach about 15 minute walk away. "We were delighted w our room w its own private pool. Buffet food was super and easy to change for lunch instead of dinner. Staff were very polite and helpful. Facilities were clean and well maintained. Would def recommend for couples and families. The resort is in a steep incline so less suitable for people w mobility difficulties. Ag Nik is a surprisingly lovely town w great restaurants and shops near the lake. Beach near the hotel was perfect. We hope to go back next year! "
