"Unfortunately we had to leave, we try if they can return the money. As soon we arrived the room I checked and so some hair in the tub, decided to clean and that was my worse decision. Was so many hair and was really unsanitary, I was even concern to touch the towels, and bed that i hadn’t check yet, they offered another room but the amount of hair in the first room make me think that could be similar or if even possible worse. And it wasn’t dog hair neither They definitely didn’t inspect the room after, and the worse part was the kind of hair. Was even stuck in the soap dispenser. "

"Hot tub broken and no pool service despite front desk assurance the area was open and she was sending a waiter. Was a stay-cation for us but we probably won’t be back. Better for conventions like it was having with ppl who don’t desire amenities. "

"Literally the noisiest hotel I’ve ever been to in my entire life. Men were milling around the parking lot at 10:30 at night and someone randomly and aggressively banged on our door at 11 PM, but then walked away. The parking lot and breezeways smelled of ethnic cooking and cigarettes. Fortunately, the room did not stink, in fact it was very clean. But the rooms are so incredibly noisy due to the orientation of the hotel to the highway. We had hoped that turning the air conditioner on constant fan would help drown out the sound of trucks unfortunately the air conditioner wasn’t working correctly and we were barely able to keep the room warm. Anyways, it is what it is a $60 hotel room. Also…there is NO spa that we could find, no coffee or lamps in the rooms (random and annnoying) and absolutely NO breakfast, it’s a coffee machine and some plastic wrapped muffins. "

"I found a cockroach on the ground in the bedroom so I started looking around the property and found lots more, especially under the bed. I have a baby that is crawling and learning to walk, so I was extremely concerned about this. Management told me that they spray weekly because they have an abandoned building behind their property… which was another concern. I was also informed that they do not have a way to clean under the beds. When I put my son back in his car seat, he has a little cockroach wing on his face. If you have kids, especially littles, stay away. I wouldn’t stay there regardless of whether I had children or not. "
