"the room wasn't clean. very poor customer service. especially in the bar areas. and a very rude bartender. that chose to argue with a customer. and decide too talk too. his coworkers in regards of a customer. and I won't ever book there again. and there was a maggot found in clean supposedly clean towels. and this was supposed too be a five star hotel. not at all is what it was. "

"The entire property is very dingy. Had to have the room keys reprogrammed so many times that I asked them to replace them. The biggest complaint is the doors leading to outside are broken. The key sensor is not there and hasn’t been in a long time. You have to put a rock to prop the door open IF someone can open it for you from the inside. The door going out to the pool is the same. There isn’t a note on the door so you don’t know you are locked out till you have to bang for someone to let you in. They also lock the front main door at night and WILL NOT open it so you have to walk around the building to find the one outside door that actually works. These doors have very obviously been broken for a long time. You would think this would be a priority to get fixed. "

"Literally the noisiest hotel I’ve ever been to in my entire life. Men were milling around the parking lot at 10:30 at night and someone randomly and aggressively banged on our door at 11 PM, but then walked away. The parking lot and breezeways smelled of ethnic cooking and cigarettes. Fortunately, the room did not stink, in fact it was very clean. But the rooms are so incredibly noisy due to the orientation of the hotel to the highway. We had hoped that turning the air conditioner on constant fan would help drown out the sound of trucks unfortunately the air conditioner wasn’t working correctly and we were barely able to keep the room warm. Anyways, it is what it is a $60 hotel room. Also…there is NO spa that we could find, no coffee or lamps in the rooms (random and annnoying) and absolutely NO breakfast, it’s a coffee machine and some plastic wrapped muffins. "

"I found a cockroach on the ground in the bedroom so I started looking around the property and found lots more, especially under the bed. I have a baby that is crawling and learning to walk, so I was extremely concerned about this. Management told me that they spray weekly because they have an abandoned building behind their property… which was another concern. I was also informed that they do not have a way to clean under the beds. When I put my son back in his car seat, he has a little cockroach wing on his face. If you have kids, especially littles, stay away. I wouldn’t stay there regardless of whether I had children or not. "
