"Jocelyn at front desk was exceptional! Jim “ the manager” was a rude, and invasive entity that injected himself into a conversation I was having with Jocelyn. That completely changed the dynamic of check in, from no big issue to a very contentious interaction. No professionalism on his part. Been coming to this location over 25 years, never saw him before hope to never see him again. The rest of the staff has never been an issue, always very nice and helpful. I have 3 more reservations this year and look forward to coming back."

"We stayed for for 4 days, we enjoyed the location and the unit itself, we didn’t like the layout of the property. Communication with the staff needs improvement, they closed the pool due to weather which is understandable however we were not notified about it reopening despite messaging them about it. Trash was not picked up even after we were instructed to place it outside our door. We woke up to it tore up by something. Overall I’d rate them a 3/5. Sedona and surrounding area 5/5."
