"An absolutely beautiful resort, perfect location if you don't wanna be right in the middle of the expensive shopping, but near great restaurants and trails My only complaint is one person that greets you as you check in. Her name beginning with R is the most I will use to describe her. I'm not out to get anyone fired. As a first impression of the resort, I would recommend you repositioning her. On the opposite hand, I had a warming experience working with Beau. He was helpful, charming, and made up for the lack of etiquette with "R" He probably only did so because he was embarrassed for me and the way she was talking to you and treating me with obvious in the entire room. Either way I was thankful he made up for it. I would absolutely stay there again."

"It was a nice hotel, but not the spa like tranquility that one might hope for as an overall experience. We stayed in the spa section, which was nice, but the blinds were not complete blackout and you heard the noise from the side street. The bed was worn and not so comfortable. Otherwise, a nice property with some amazing views of the “mountains”. We did eat at the restaurant, which had quality, tasty food. However, we did not indulge in all the amenities, so this all we can speak to. Very welcoming to our puppy that was traveling with us!"
