Country Garden Studio - Prescott Cabin Rentals

The Country Garden Studio is a romantic studio with a private hot tub located on top of the ridge at Lynx Creek Farm, just 8.7 miles or 21 minutes from downtown Prescott. This charming studio offers a stunning view to the east and south, overlooking Lynx Creek, the Bradshaws, Prescott National Forest, and Mingus Mountain. Guests can enjoy the private hot tub on their own deck, complete with a table, chairs, and a lounge for soaking in the beautiful surroundings.



Inside the studio, you'll find a mini-fridge for keeping items cold, a microwave for heating snacks, and a coffee area with a drip coffee maker and a selection of coffees, teas, cocoa, and hot cider. The fire-view woodstove creates a cozy atmosphere on cool evenings, and a window A/C unit keeps the room comfortable during the summer. Entertainment options include a satTV/DVD, and there's WiFi for internet access. The full bath features a tub/shower and a spacious vanity counter.



Guests can hike directly from the front door, with Lynx Creek just down the hill offering plenty of places to explore. Despite the convenient proximity to shopping, dining, and entertainment, guests will feel like they're far away from town.



The Country Garden Studio is part of the Log Cabin at Lynx Creek Farm, alongside three other 1-bedroom accommodations. Together, these units can sleep up to 14 people in 4 kings and 6 twins. The log cabin features two kitchens, one on each level, four full baths, three hot tubs on three decks, two wood-burning stoves, four satTVs/DVDs, and ample parking.



Guests have access to their room, bathroom, and private deck, as well as the Venue.



Your hosts, Greg & Wendy, are local residents of Prescott and are available to address any problems or questions during your stay.

To ensure accurate pricing, provide your correct party size when booking. If you plan to bring dogs, please inform Wendy in advance, with a nightly fee and a one-time flat fee applicable. Responsible and considerate pet behavior is expected.



Respect the tranquility of the neighborhood, adhering to noise restrictions after 10 pm. The vacation rental is in a neighborhood with permanent residents, and any complaints regarding noise, activities, or trespassing that disturb neighbors may result in immediate action.



Check-in starts at 4 pm, and early check-ins must be arranged in advance. Similarly, late check-outs require prior notification. Smoking is only allowed outside.
