"The hotel staff were friendly. Calling this an English speaking hotel is a stretch. The most notable thing was the condition of the facility. The rooms have not been updated since about 1980. This was the biggest issue. The room was clean but very old. The bathroom was in the same condition. "I can’t recomend this property as it had NOBODY in charge able to communicate with or deal with problems .The security guard bless her soul did her best ! The appartment office on the ground floor did fix the exploding leaking air condition unit because I had the sense to ignor the office round the courner with non English speaking staff .reluctant and hiding from irate customers waiting to solve problems for ages ! Emails were ignored and at their leisure they made selfish decisions that did...
