"Service here is amazing with smiling and friendly faces from the start to end of our trip! Staff was very attentive to our needs and knowledgeable. Our room was clean and very comfortable to stay in for our 3 night stay. Breakfast was a nice spread with a cool touchless pancake maker, juices, and other selections with hot options even rotating day to day. The only issue we had was our key card had stopped working for our door a few times during our trip but thankfully someone was always at the front desk ready to fix this. Other than that it's was a great and affordable stay and we would love to stay again on our next visit to Prattville!"

"We were there eight days. The staff was friendly and professional. The property was clean and well maintained. We use a Marriott Bonvoy credit card and always stay in Marriott hotels. The Prattville Courtyard was a bit dated and missing a few amenities and did not include breakfast as some newer hotels do, but breakfast was available for purchase and the breakfast staff and Tina were exceptionally nice. We would certainly stay there again. "

"Good property, great staff"

"A young lady by the name of Africa was cleaning the rooms. She saw me struggling with my door key and she came to help me without my asking. She took the key back to be rekeyed and brought it back to me. I am a 75 year old lady traveling with her invalid husband and this to me is the way service ought to be. On that same evening, another lady saw me going down the hall with an empty luggage cart and she offered to take it downstairs for me. I would recommend this place to anyone. "
