"The hotel switched over to be a Days Inn property this week. There was a bit of confusion with the new system at check in but the employees were super nice. We found the room to be very nice, clean, and perfect for us and our dog. Pool was nice and clean as well. There are large grassy areas to walk the dog. Shoneys is right next door which worked well for us. We got take out so we wouldn't have to leave our dog alone. The town of Clanton is charming. Don't miss the Peach Park! We 100% would stay here again!"

"The property was great. Staff was friendly. My only disappointment is that the total price Expedia guaranteed more than tripled at checkout. With key cash $58, at checkout $185 This is no reflection on Avid. I cannot find how to communicate with someone at Expedia."

"Ok so this was an excellent hotel with food options across the street and close by. It was just a quick overnight and back on the road,but very clean and staff was wonderful. The person in the room mext to us was playing very loud music at 4 in the morning but that's not the hotel so i would hold that against them. Just a inconsiderate guest. "

"Clean, quiet, and comfortable; what more could you ask? Also, the young lady at the registration desk was friendly and efficient. The breakfast had enough choices and the coffee, while not Starbucks quality, was decent. We would stay here again when traveling through the area. "
