This beautiful ground-floor flat near Prats du Périgord offers stunning views and a covered terrace. With its location near the woods, it is ideal for hiking enthusiasts. The French owners, next door, respect your privacy but offer support if needed. The house has comfortable bedrooms, a spacious bathroom and a recreation room with pool table. Plenty to do!

During the summer months, the French countryside comes fully alive with charming markets and famous 'vide greniers' (flea markets). The evening markets are like culinary feasts with local delicacies and maybe even a dance to the lively music. Explore the area with fairy-tale castles along the Dordogne or Lot rivers, taste the wines of Cahors and Monbazillac, browse around Sarlat's Saturday market, or relax on a terrace and let it all wash over you. There is plenty to discover!
