"They allowed early check-in, which we appreciated. The hotel was very clean, including the room."

"Let me just say that the woman that checked us in, Anita, was amazing! She was a shining example of positivity and professionalism in the face of mismanagement. The air conditioners did not work, but that's not her fault. We actually had to leave the hotel and find another hotel but Anita was the angel that made everything okay. As we left without any bad words without any bad feelings I told her to keep working and doing a good job just like she was because she was the person who made that...

"Struttura super pulita!!! Personale cordiale e disponibile. Le stanze vengono pulite e la biancheria cambiata quotidianamente. Colazione servita a buffet la mattina...grazie alla disponibilità del personale anche in po' in anticipo date le mie esigenze."

"We loved this hotel! We booked this without knowing how beautiful the property is. The staff are friendly and everything was sparking clean! There is no free shuttle to the airport but they help schedule taxis. The free shuttle takes you to the bus station in the central area - great shopping and food! Definitely recommend!"

"The hotel was conveniently located as it was relatively near the airport. Gated parking. Didn’t stay for breakfast as it appeared. It was pre-boxed. Older hotel but adequate for one night convenience stay."

"The front desk employees was the worst and even though the lobby was air conditioned, the rooms were not and the staff didn't care. The said it was broken and they laughed about it. There were human feces in the toilet and the floor was filthy We couldn't get out of that disgusting hotel fast enought."

"Etwas laut die Umgebung ansonsten war alles super."

"Good location. Excellent parking. Good staff. Bit of confusion at checkout. We payed in full before arriving but they want the full amount at checkout. Once they checked they had made the error and straighten it out. Kind of a shock after a nice stay. The breakfast could be better."

"This is the perfect place to stay in Naples if you have a flight to catch the next morning. It’s a 5 minute walk to the terminal. It’s nothing fancy but clean, convenient and safe."
