One particular member of the restaurant staff was unbelievably helpful and generous and the food was excellent. The room was comfortable but had no tissues or hair conditioner. "Such an amazing hotel with top amenities and group decoration. Rooms are large clean and with pool view! Only downside is it is a bit out of the way and you would need a rental car to go around."

"The hotel room was dated. Floors need to be refurbished. The bed was not very comfortable. I liked that there were 2 bathrooms in the room. I liked the size of the balcony, however the balcony glass was not clear not sure if was becuz of ocean mist or just needed to be cleaned. There was a good ocean view. The shower in the bedroom wet the floor every time you showered. I was not impressed and actually disappointed for a four star hotel. "

"We stayed in a treehouse that had everything one would need for a vacation. We thought it was interesting that there was no TV in it, but you are on vacation so who watches TV anyway? The staff recommended great places to go visit that where only a short drive away."
