"Overall, the hotel was gorgeous. However, our room was a totally different experience. The reservation booking displayed a sauna on the villa site, there was none. One terrace sliding door did not lock.The second bedroom had a dirty terrace and no TV. No ice maker.No interior curtains in kitchen area overlooking the pool.Radio not working and poor reception. The air ducts in the pool stop working after 6PM.Poor response with towel requests.No bathroom windows curtains. Chaise lounge duety in Master bedroom. The dresser was painted over. We should have requested another room. However our stay was short."

"the check in check out process and our butlers were amazing. the powder room toilet was malfunctioning. the washer dryer would flood the floor on the intense dry setting but not the gentle dry setting. the microwave was confusing. the sofa bed was full of sand particles. the bathtub was not clean properly. the room was full of tiny ants throughout the apartment when we arrived that were crawling on all the surfaces and our . . . we needed them to re clean the master bathroom, we needed them to re clean the room and spray ants repellant. we needed them to fix the toilet bowl flush in the powder room. all of these during day one upon arrival. we needed to constantly ask for more towels. the butlers took care of everything though. I would return but only if we were given the butlers again. Jimmy and Britany were the best. the access to the beach and the pool were very good. the dinner choices were poor and the buffet area was small and did not look very good. service overall was amazing. off site activities were good. shuttle service was good."

"An Amazing Stay at The Harbor Club, St. Lucia I had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Harbor Club, St. Lucia! The property is beautiful, clean, and exceptionally well-kept. However, our room smelled a little moldy. If I had mentioned it to the staff I am sure they would have taken care of it but I didn't so this is on me. A special shoutout to the front desk team, especially Ali and Tarikh, who were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Ali went above and beyond by decorating my sister’s room for her birthday—it looked fabulous! 🎉 Tarikh also helped me sign up for Hilton Honors and made the process so easy. The breakfast! The breakfast! The variety and deliciousness..out of this world! Must mention the breakfast staff ...they were amazing. . I wish I remembered everyone’s names, but special thanks to Lea, I think Corrine (not sure the spelling is correct) and Shedricka for their warm and attentive service. And McGarvey, the pool guy, deserves a huge shoutout! His service was outstanding. Whatever you needed, he took care of it with a smile. Overall, the service was exceptional, the staff were wonderful, and the property was beautiful. The Harbor Club definitely made our St. Lucia birthday celebration extra special. I highly recommend! 🇱🇨❤️🌴"

"Jade Mountain is unlike any resort we have ever experienced. The rooms are incredibly imaginative and almost cinematic—open to the sky and the Pitons, with no fourth wall, creating a feeling of being completely immersed in nature. Every detail feels artistic, intentional, and beautifully connected to the surroundings. The staff were exceptional—warm, attentive, genuinely helpful, and always ready to make the experience special. The yoga classes with Ceren were another highlight, with wonderful instructors who created an inspiring and peaceful atmosphere. The food was outstanding. The Michelin-starred dining experience was sophisticated, creative, and beautifully presented, making every meal feel like an event in itself. And then there is the water. The beach below Jade Mountain is breathtaking, with incredibly crystal-clear turquoise water and distinctive volcanic sand. Swimming there, surrounded by the Pitons and lush tropical landscape, was an experience we will never forget. Jade Mountain truly feels like an architectural work of art placed in the middle of paradise. The combination of extraordinary design, nature, exceptional service, yoga, remarkable food, and that spectacular Caribbean sea creates an experience that is both luxurious and deeply memorable."
