Staff at reception were super friendly and helpful the hotel was full I’m not sure how but they managed to accommodate me after a few internal conversations. "Property and location good, staff were polite and friendly, a couple of things I think could be improved on lighting in the room very poor only one small ceiling light with one switch by the door and the bed, maybe we we’re unlucky but our bed was rock hard and creaked like an old car whenever you moved."
